As most of you know, we do not celebrate Halloween. We will, however, always take Noah to the pumpkin patch, carve pumpkins and bake some pumpkin seeds. We also take him to Daddy's work, where Daddy has to dress up because he is the manager, and all the kids get to get candy. This year, Mike was the Mad Hatter and Noah was Optimus Prime.
Mommy also was blessed with 60 lbs. of apples (I gave up...or went coo-koo... after 40) and made Apple Pie filling to freeze and Apple Butter.
