Catching Up - Mike's Parent's Visit

So, I woke up this morning and realized that I now haven't posted for almost 2 and a half months.  What a slacker!  :)  I guess I can say I have been busy with my Noah and being pregnant.  :)

Mike's parent's were here at the end of August and Noah couldn't have been happier to have so much quality time with them.  They would get up in the morning, go downstairs, drink V8 (Fee 8 as Noah would say) and watch a show, do a puzzle, or just start playing.  They had puzzle races every day, they played hide and seek, and Noah was entirely spoiled.  :)  Grandpa and Grandma would swing him on their sheets as they made their bed every morning, and Noah would "help" deflate the blow up bed.  G & G bought Noah a new big-boy Spiderman bike while they were here and they went on many a walk/bike ride every day.

We also went to West Yellowstone and stayed at Flagg Ranch.  Noah and Grandpa loved running around in the outdoors and getting dirty.  Mike and his dad enjoyed starting a fire for us every day, and Mike's mom and I enjoyed cooking up the meals.  We saw animals, geysers, mud pots, mountains, and so much more!  It was beautiful to be in God's creation and to see what is possible by His hands.  I personally loved the rolling hills and the views that seemed to stretch forever.  The wide spaces of the plains areas just seemed to open up your mind to endless possibilities and the fresh air was definitely worth it.

Below are just a few pictures of the times we had.  Mike was so pleased and blessed to get to spend time with his parents, and Noah was in heaven having them at his beck and call.  :)

This was a grizzly bear that was eating an elk.  We were allowed to watch from afar!  Awesome!

 Three generations of Weed men!
I guess there are some bad hair days when you are camping!  Also, do I have a death grip on Noah up above that waterfall, or what...Oh yea, and not feeling so hot this day...12 weeks pregnant :)
