Well, Noah has patiently been waiting for snow. We have done projects, he has learned even more how to clean, we have cooked, and waited each day looking outside to see if there is a glimmer of snow. We had rain, which did allow for some puddle jumping, but no little sparkling snow flakes.
Today, that all changed....yesterday it started snowing and today we woke up to beautiful, white fluffiness. Noah really wanted to go and shovel like a big boy, so we suited up. This was the first time that he was able to put on his snow pants (bibs) and it was a BIG DEAL. He had to ask me why it needed straps (I think he thought that they were baby-ish) and I told him that they had to stay up so his other pants didn't get wet. He even put them back on when Daddy came home at lunch so that Daddy could see how they "worked".
When we came inside we made hot chocolate w/marshmallows and Noah wrapped a blanket around himself to get warm. It warmed up our whole bodies and made our little sister start dancing around in Mommie's belly.
Here are some pics of the morning. If I figure it out I will get a video to upload...
